With over 13 years of experience as a Sports Therapist, Alex has worked with professional sports teams, elite athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts. Specialising in Sports Massage, Ultrasound & Electrotherapy, Taping & Strapping, Cupping Therapy, Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling. He is passionate about helping clients overcome injuries, optimise performance, and achieve their fitness goals.

Throughout his career, Alex has had the privilege of working with high-level athletes, including a Mr. Britain & Mr. World Bodybuilder, a professional golfer, and a European champion long-distance runner. These experiences, combined with his background as a semi-pro rugby player and multi-sport athlete, give him a unique perspective on injury recovery and performance enhancement.

At the heart of his approach is a simple but powerful philosophy: "Celebrate the wins, no matter how small." Every step forward - whether it's reducing pain, regaining mobility, or achieving peak performance - deserves recognition.

When he's not helping clients, Alex enjoys functional fitness, rugby and spending time with family and friends. His dedication to health and wellness drives The Physio’s mission to provide the best possible care to every client who walks through the door.

Alex began his career working within The Physio clinic before establishing his own practise, Resolute Health. Now, he is taking on the exciting challenge of integrating The Physio with Resolute Health, combining the strengths of both clinics to deliver the highest standard of care to every client.

As the leader of this expansion, Alex will oversee the strategic direction and operations of The Physio, ensuring that both clinics continue to provide exceptional treatment and rehabilitation services. While guiding the growth and development of the business, he remains dedicated to running Resolute Health, maintaining his hands-on approach to client care and performance recovery.
