Physiotherapist

Charlotte is a skilled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 6 years experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings. Her clinical expertise covers the full spectrum of MSK conditions - from acute injuries and chronic pain to post-operative rehabilitation - working with individuals of all ages and activity levels.

Charlotte takes a holistic, patient centered approach to care, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle and needs. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education, functional rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, underpinned by evidence-based practice to support long-term, meaningful outcomes.

In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Charlotte is a trained acupuncturist through the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), integrating this where appropriate to support pain relief and recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Charlotte enjoys playing Netball, weights training, Pilates, running and swimming - so she truly understands the importance of returning to the activities you love, feeling strong and pain-free.
