Senior Physiotherapist

Diljyot graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Hertfordshire in 2020 and began her clinical career with junior rotations in the NHS at Frimley Park Hospital. During this time, she gained experience across Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Medicine and Neurology - all of which helped shape her hands-on, person-centered approach to care.

For the past three years, Diljyot has been working in the private sector, where she particularly enjoys supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries and posture-related neck and back pain. Diljyot is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and tailoring treatment to suit each individual’s goals and lifestyle; this includes a combination of hands-on therapy, personalised exercise programmes and education.

Diljyot’s focus is not just on recovery, but also on empowerment, providing patients with the tools they need to prevent future injuries and feel confident managing their own long-term wellbeing.

Outside of work, Diljyot enjoys staying active through Pilates, hikes and gym sessions as well as planning her next travel adventures over a good cup of coffee.
