Hannah Woolf
Senior Physiotherapist
Hannah is a Senior Physiotherapist with over five years of experience helping people recover from pain, injury, and movement difficulties. She has experience across a wide range of physiotherapy specialisms, including spinal conditions, upper and lower limb rehabilitation, hand therapy, and paediatric physiotherapy.
She has a strong interest in exercise, fitness, and rehabilitation, helping people build strength, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy, whether that's getting back to sport, exercising at the gym, or simply maintaining an active and independent lifestyle.
Hannah's approach is person-centred and goal-driven. She takes the time to understand each individual's needs and goals, creating personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
As a qualified Acupuncturist, she can also incorporate acupuncture into treatment where appropriate, alongside other physiotherapy techniques, to help manage pain and support recovery.
Outside of physiotherapy, Hannah enjoys playing football, exercising, gardening, and spending time in nature. She is passionate about helping people feel confident in their bodies and stay active at every stage of life.
