Jan Hughes
Senior Physiotherapist
Jan has been a physiotherapist for nearly 40 years, treating patients of all ages and supporting recovery across a wide range of conditions — from sports injuries and musculoskeletal issues to cardiac rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has also played a vital role in identifying potential underlying health concerns, including cancer cases, which have contributed to successful patient outcomes.
Her current clinical focus is on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and acupuncture, areas in which she has developed extensive expertise. More than 25 years ago, she co-founded this clinic with her husband, and together they built it into a trusted and thriving practice. Today, she is proud to see the clinic continue to grow under the leadership of Alex and Katy, ensuring its future remains strong and patient-focused.
Outside of work, she is passionate about staying active and enjoys gym classes, walking, and taking on new challenges. She is currently walking the Thames Path from its source to the sea, and she is a keen supporter of Camberley RFC, where her son plays rugby. She also enjoys trying new experiences — from zip-lining and axe-throwing to bodyboarding, her latest favourite.
